1. Purpose of the Service
Reqzi provides a SaaS platform built for residential building operations, including guest verification, communication tools, requests, incident workflows, and analytics. The Service is intended for operational use by authorised staff, residents, and service partners. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, operational, and authorised building-related purposes.
2. Authorised Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with system functions, attempt unauthorised access, or use the platform for non-building-related activities.
3. Account Access & Responsibilities
Accounts must contain accurate information. You are responsible for user permissions within your organisation. You must ensure your staff follow your own internal policies while using the platform.
4. Subscription, Billing & Price Changes
Reqzi operates on a subscription model. Pricing may vary by building, portfolio, or features used. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and may change with prior notice.
5. No Refund Policy
We invest significant resources in infrastructure, technology, and support from the moment your subscription is activated. Due to the immediate allocation of these resources and access to premium features and operational infrastructure, we are unable to offer refunds on services once payment is processed.
We recommend new customers begin with a pilot or monthly plan.
6. Fair Use & Feature Limits
Some features, including messaging volumes, SMS credits, verification scans, and storage, may have limits. Usage above these limits may incur additional charges.
7. Data Ownership, Security & GDPR Compliance
Operators retain ownership of their operational data. Reqzi processes data under UK GDPR as a data processor. Reqzi implements encryption, access controls, audit logs, and secure multi-tenant infrastructure. Operators are responsible for the lawful collection and sharing of resident data.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the platform and related materials belong to Reqzi. No rights are transferred to the customer beyond the right to use the Service.
9. Service Levels & Availability
Reqzi aims to provide reliable service, including offline-capable tools where available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Integrations with third-party services may affect uptime.
10. Termination & Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, policy violations, misuse, or security concerns. You may cancel at any time, but payments already made are non-refundable.
11. Liability Limitation
Reqzi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including operational delays, data issues, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to the fees paid in the last 12 months.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
