What applies to both products
- VAT
- Every price on this page excludes VAT, which is charged where applicable at the UK rate.
- Billing
- By card, processed by Stripe; card details never reach our servers. Every charge produces an invoice in your billing settings. Enterprise can be invoiced on agreed terms.
- Contract
- No minimum term and no exit fee on the self-serve plans. Change plan or cancel from your account; access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
- Residents and tenants
- Free, always. The Reqzi Resident app takes no payments from residents, and tenants on Reqzi Go pay rent to their landlord, never to Reqzi.
- Annual billing
- Reqzi for buildings is 20% less than twelve monthly payments; Reqzi Go is about 10% less. Buildings starts at £599 a month, Reqzi Go at £19.
- Getting set up
- No installation, no hardware and no implementation fee on the self-serve plans. Enterprise rollouts include a custom onboarding plan, quoted with the plan.

The questions we get asked most about what Reqzi costs.
Reqzi for buildings if you run a block, an estate or a build-to-rent scheme with a front desk and residents to serve. Reqzi Go if you let and manage homes as a landlord or a letting agent. They are separate products with separate plans, and you can use both. If you are not sure, book a demo and describe your properties.
One residential unit is one flat, apartment or house on your account, whether or not anyone is living in it yet. Staff accounts, visitors and parcels are not units. Reqzi for buildings Starter covers up to 150 units at £599 a month and Portfolio covers 151 to 500 at £1,199 a month; past 500 units it is Enterprise, priced on the portfolio.
No. Every price shown is in GBP and excludes VAT, which is charged where applicable at the UK rate.
Never. The Reqzi Resident app is free for the people who live in a building on Reqzi, and it takes no payments from them at all. Tenants on Reqzi Go pay their rent to their landlord or agent, and pay Reqzi nothing.
Reqzi for buildings is 20% less on annual billing than twelve monthly payments. Reqzi Go is about 10% less. The saving is shown on the plan cards when you switch the toggle to annual, so you can compare before you decide.
Yes, from your account, at any time. Moving up takes effect immediately and is charged pro rata. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no exit fee and no minimum term on the self-serve plans. Reqzi Go is free for one property for as long as you like, and paid plans start from £19 a month.
Reqzi Go paid plans start with a free trial, and the Free plan needs no card at all. Reqzi for buildings is sold with a demo first, because setting up a building means adding properties, staff and residents, and that goes better with us on the call. Book one and we will size a plan to your portfolio.
Subscriptions are paid by card, processed by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe-hosted pages and never reach our servers. Every charge produces an invoice you can download from your billing settings. Enterprise customers can be invoiced on agreed terms.
Nothing on the self-serve plans. There is no installation, no hardware and no implementation fee: you add your properties, invite your staff and onboard residents from inside the product, and most teams are live within days. Enterprise rollouts include a custom onboarding plan, which is quoted with the plan.
